Today, on International Nurses Day, we celebrate and thank the incredible nurses across Hunter Primary Care who make a difference in our community every day. 💙
Whether they are supporting someone through a mental health journey, helping people manage chronic conditions, caring for older people, delivering after-hours care, or connecting vulnerable members of our community with the support they need, our nurses are at the heart of better health outcomes for the Hunter community.
Thank you for your professionalism, empathy, leadership and dedication. Your impact reaches far beyond clinical care and is felt every day by the people, families and communities you support.
Happy International Nurses Day to all of our amazing nurses.

This week is Dietitians Week, celebrating 50 years of Dietitians Australia and the collective impact dietitians make every day in clinics, kitchens, communities and conversations.
At Hunter Primary Care, our dietitians support people in practical, personalised ways to improve their health, wellbeing and relationship with food. From encouraging confidence in cooking and everyday nutrition, to supporting chronic conditions and healthy lifestyle changes, their impact reaches far beyond the plate.
We asked our dietitians what they love most about their role and their favourite nutrition tips. Swipe through to hear from Gareth, Sam and Kate 👈
