A welcoming workshop for anyone wanting to learn the foundations of yoga in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. Explore key postures, breath, alignment and transitions so you can walk into classes feeling empowered and at ease.
🤍 Mums n Bubs Yoga
Sunday 17th May | 10-10:45AM
A nurturing and supportive class designed for mothers and their babies (6 weeks to 24 months). Reconnect with your body, bond with your baby, and find strength in community through gentle yoga, breathing techniques and mindfulness. No prior yoga experience needed, just bring your mat, your baby and your open heart.
