Lake Macquarie City Council is partnering with SEEDS Newcastle for a FREE event Sunday 29th August 9.30-11am in Windale because they recognise healthy nutrition and eating in young children can be challenging!

With so many foods labelled as “healthy”, it can be overwhelming knowing what’s best for our kids and how we can ensure they are getting all the vitamins and nutrients that they need to thrive.
