1. Gluteus medius- widening of the pelvis in pregnancy, poor posture, overuse, prolonged sitting
2. Rhomboids - poor posture looking down, overuse holding baby, lifting kids etc
3. Quadratus lumborum- poor posture arching back, weak glutes and core muscles
4. Levator scapulae - Lifting shoulders up and forward, poor posture
5. Upper Trapezius - looking down a lot, poor posture, overuse
6. Calves - lack of stretching, overuse
