An ex high school teacher, Francesca now prefers teaching in the quiet and calm environ of a Yoga room, rather than a class of noisy 14 year olds! Francesca teaches a calming, flowing, classical style of Yoga that incorporates Asana ( poses) Pranayama ( breathing techniques) and mindfulness ( stilling a busy mind)
Class sizes are strictly limited to ensure each student receives individual attentio

I am looking forward to teaching Vinyasa at this new time slot of 4pm Tuesdays.
I love teaching Vinyasa with the emphasis of moving with the breath from one Asana to another. It’s a lovely wind down to transition from the busyness of our day ready to wind down for the evening ❤️

Shout out to the fabulous team at Lululemon Kotara NSW, in particular my assistant, Mitch.

I had a shopping list of items for my forthcoming Camino Frances journey.
Walking for over 800 km’s I needed quality gear and chose to purchase Lululelululemon Australia and New Zealand
I still wear a much loved sports top, purchased well over 20 years ago so I knew LM would be just the ticket👌

I figure if I look at the cost per wear,$$- I will probably owe LM more money!
