✨ Yesterday I ran an Activating Self Love session and the feedback was just incredible.

When Leah first came to me, she was constantly second-guessing and doubting herself.

She’d sit in meetings at work, full of ideas but too afraid to speak up.

She questioned her worth, felt like an imposter, and often dimmed her light to make others comfortable.

But deep down, she knew she was meant for more.

Through our work together, Leah began to shed the layers of self-doubt and perfectionism that had been weighing her down.

This morning, after facilitating a wonderful From Chaos to Calm session... where did I go?

To the beach of course! 🌊

I braved the cold wind to sit in the sun... I was so eager to feel some sun on my skin 🌞

As I sat and ate my lunch, contemplating the sea, one seagul swung by to hang out with me.

As I got near the end of my lunch, I relented and threw the gull a little scrap

And I had to laugh because what had been a quiet moment together, all of a sudden this gull got bossy. And noisy. And so territorial.

Any other bird that came close, it would chase it and squawk loudly.

I was like "hey! Just because you got in first doesn't mean you have to squawk at everyone else. There's always enough to go around"

And it got me thinking... Isn't it WILD how quickly we go into scarcity mode??

Guarding what we've got like we're going to lose it or never have it agin.

You don't need to fight for scraps when you realise YOU are the source.

You don't need to hoard energy or love or time or success - because it's not limited.

The more you realise you are the source, the more you stay in alignment, the more flows to you... and through you.. and around you.

And that's the beauty of abundance!

Hello! I’m Alex Knysh and I am on a mission to help people connect with their true selves and and live a life of greatness!

Which really means - releasing old patterns of thought, emotions, energy and behaviours that are not serving you, and develop new healthy ways of being, living and thriving.

I believe that there is so much more to life than the daily grind and so I teach people how to create space in their lives to reconnect with themselves, their families and friends and create a life of balance and harmony.

I help people release old energetic blocks, such as money blocks, communication issues, relationship issues and in healing depression, pain, anxiety, traumas and phobias.
