I'm expecting to be as busy as ever, so please don't leave your bookings until the last minute to avoid missing out. Have you ever stopped and wondered why it is we do certain things? Why do we sit at a dining table to eat dinner? These days it's pretty standard to sit in front of the tele and eat dinner. If we can get away with eating our food in any position or chair throughout the house, why not challenge your mobility and try it from the floor?
