At the heart of our Family Yoga session is the incredibly talented a dedicated yoga teacher, holistic health coach, caring youth mentor and the creator and founder of Happy Little Yogis 🧘♀️❤️
Alex and Steph from Sound & Spirit will lead a family mindfulness nature meditation and sound immersion, followed by a fun and grounding children’s drum circle to conclude the event.

What to bring:
A picnic and refreshments
Family picnic blanket/rug or yoga mats
Anything else that will assist you with comfort such as pillows and blankets.
When: Saturday, 7th September
Where: Tocal Homestead, 957 Tocal Rd, Paterson
Time: 10 am - 12 noon
Cost: Family ticket (2 adults, 2 children) $88, Adult ticket $33, Children’s ticket $22, Children under 3 free.
