'More Movement Matters' is about to offer
On-line information sessions including
Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) sessions with a focus on Fascia and Physical Flexibility. More Movement Matters combines a Physiotherapy & Feldenkrais approach to increasing awareness, overcoming pain and stiffness, and exploring ways to help improve ease of movement and flexibility of the body. Lynett

e Guy completed training in the Feldenkrais Method (2005) which promotes increased learning about how the body moves and ways to explore alternate movement patterns. It also promotes increased awareness about how the body moves, encourages improved breath control and postural changes that help overcome ongoing patterns of pain & stiffness. Lynette also has training and experience in the Stecco Method of Fascial Manipulation (from Italy), Scar Release (using Scar Work techniques by Rolfer Sharon Wheeler , and also Marjorie Brook in USA), Visceral Mobilisation (by John Pierre Barral from France), and various courses in relation to improving pain management strategies used by allied health practitioners. Having completed her PHD in 2005 which examined factors important to achieving success in the management of chronic pain, Lynette has a good understanding of ways to overcome protective guarding, joint stiffness, fear or apprehension that might be affecting individuals with a variety of conditions. Her practice applies to people of various ages, with varying levels of disabilities.
