4U Care was founded in late 2016 with the aim of providing people with a disability greater choice and control in pursuing their diverse individual goals. Our innovative & creative carers will make sure 'U' are put first and that the only limits are your imagination, all without forgetting to share a few laughs along the way!

Adventure day was in full swing for Jack and his Support Worker, Zac!

They enjoyed a cruisy day out, making the most of the blue skies with a visit to the lake in the morning, beach by lunch, park in the arvo.

Jack's 1:1 support means the plan always lines up with what he actually wants to do. No cookie-cutter schedules here.

Respite with us isn’t always about doing something fancy. In this case, it was about slowing down, switching things up, and having the kind of break that actually feels like one.

Respite can be whatever feels good for you. Try something new, find a new favourite coffee spot, or just enjoy a change of pace. It’s your time, we’re just here to back you.

Meet Jodie! 🤩

Jodie loves doing craft (especially sticker books!) going to Oakvale farm, bowling and swimming. Everywhere Jodie goes she’s playing her favourite music! Her support workers all have a playlist on their phones with her favourite songs and Jodie loves to sing along. 🎶

Jodie has had a big few weeks returning from a holiday to see her family, followed by lots of fun and good times over Easter and Anzac Day. Jodie is looking forward to returning to swimming on her 1:1 supports now that she’s settled in home after her holiday!

Lucas enjoying some sunshine on his 1:1 support! 🕶️

During community access supports, Lucas enjoys being active by either swimming or going for a scenic walk with support workers!

Lucas graduated from year 12 last year and has started School Leavers Employment Supports this year. This has been a major milestone for him as he is learning new skills which will prepare him to get a job!

Lucas always has a positive attitude and brightens everyone’s day! ☀️
