🌦️✨ Despite the drizzling weather, we still got out and about for an early morning walk in Merewether—and what a beautiful morning it turned out to be!

Our support team captured some amazing photos along the way, reminding us that sometimes the best moments come when we embrace the outdoors, rain and all 💙

Fresh air, great company, and stunning views made for a richly rewarding start to the day 🌊☕

Our team recently completed their First Aid Course and CPR Refreshers! 👏

Everyone did an amazing job, and there were definitely a few laughs along the way too. We’re proud to continue building our skills and knowledge to help ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone we support. 💙

A huge thank you to ABC First Aid Training Hunter and Central Coast for spending a couple of days with our team and delivering such a fantastic training experience.

Zac and supports had an awesome day out exploring Newcastle! 🌊☀️
The day included a delicious lunch at Arnos Deli, checking out the beautiful community gardens, and finishing the afternoon watching the waves roll in at Newcastle Beach. It’s always great getting out into the community, enjoying new experiences, and making the most of what our local area has to offer! 😊

Our brand new Art Program are officially up and running! 🎨✨

Our amazing participants have been really enjoying the program so far, getting creative while meeting new people and building new connections. Over the first two weeks, everyone has been experimenting with Zentangle designs and creating some fantastic artwork already!

We can’t wait to see what our participants get up to over the next few weeks as the program continues. 💛

🌿 What a great week out in the community! ☕

We’ve been making the most of the beautiful outdoors with our participants—enjoying a bush walk through Glenrock Reserve and taking a relaxing stroll along the harbour for a coffee.

It’s moments like these that remind us just how stunning Newcastle really is 💙

Spending time in the community, staying active, and sharing these experiences together is what it’s all about!

Over the past month, Chelsea (Our Aboriginal Liaison Officer) and Jaquara has been attending Women’s Business once a fortnight.

These cultural gatherings have been a safe and respectful space for Jaquara to connect, yarn, and engage with other women. It’s been great to see her participate, introduce herself, and engage in meaningful cultural connection each visit.

We are Grateful to be part of these important community and cultural sessions supporting connection and wellbeing.
