If you are suffering from the symptoms of endometriosis, such as pain, constipation, low energy, and poor sleep - exercise may be the last thing on your mind 🙉

As the relationship between physical activity and endometriosis isn’t well researched, currently, there are no specific guidelines surrounding exercise prescription for individuals with endometriosis.

That being said, exercise can assist with symptom management as some find that staying active helps alleviate symptoms, making them feel better.

Here’s how exercise may help:

👉 Exercise can release endorphins - or 'feel-good hormones' – that act as a natural pain reliever and mood booster
👉 Exercise can improve your sleep quality and help you stay asleep longer

When you know you have really made a difference to a client and they appreciate what you have done for them. When they come in with planta fasciitis pain and you’re able to completely fix them in three appointments.

Then they make a special trip to your clinic and give you a coffee with a special message on top.
