AFFIRM:
As the season of deep shedding and untangling draws to a close, I honour all it has revealed by staying fiercely rooted in my heart’s truth and primal knowing.
I honour what has fallen away by refusing to abandon my peace, my authenticity, or the frequency that feels most honest in my body.
May I honour this shedding by protecting my energy, standing in my sovereignty, and choosing alignment over approval again and again.
I simply cannot do what feels inauthentic anymore. My body won’t pretend, my nervous system won’t negotiate, and now my beautiful mind has caught up to their wisdom.. there ain’t no turning back.
I no longer negotiate my boundaries to make others comfortable. I no longer shape-shift to be palatable. I no longer abandon what my soul knows is true.
May my body continue to reject what isn’t aligned, a full-bodied no that keeps me honest, awake, and F R E E.
I won’t pour energy into love that doesn’t liberate me. I won’t exhaust myself for anything that clouds my clarity or lowers my vibration.
I release the masks that once kept me safe but no longer let me breathe. I trust the intelligence moving through me. I choose self-respect across every layer of my being.
