In yoga, we often focus on flexibility.. but forget the power of support. Your glutes are the stabilisers of the pelvis - supporting your lower back, hips, and overall movement. When they’re not doing their job, other areas start to overcompensate (hello tight hip flexors + cranky lower back 😣). This week we’re bringing awareness to these often-overlooked muscles - learning when to engage, when to soften, and how to create strength that actually supports your practice.

This is the work that changed everything for me.

Getting to know my energy.. not just intellectually, but in my body. Learning how to feel, clear and work with each chakra instead of just hearing about them.

So I’m bringing it online 🌈

This isn’t a yoga class (no flexibility required 😌)
But it is deeply rooted in yogic wisdom, somatic work and real-life tools to help you feel more balanced, grounded and free.

You can come to one or journey through all seven.

We start at the Root Chakra, your foundations.
Think: grounding, safety, stability, nervous system support and setting a solid anchor for all the other chakras.

Feeling a bit strung out? 😅

Maybe don’t drop your yoga practice right now.
This is when you need it most.
And if you don’t have one yet.. here’s your sign to start.

You build a steady practice and your energy shifts..
You don’t spiral at every little thing.
You come back to centre quicker, again and again.

And yeah, there’s science to it.
It changes your brain chemistry.
Supports your nervous system.
Even fine-tunes your genetic expression.

You feel it..
Clearer.
Lighter.
Waaaay happier.

Even one class can shift your whole mood.
Imagine what a regular practice can do.

3–4 classes a week is the sweet spot.
I recommend a mix of flow + yin ✌️

Movement is medicine,
but yoga.. yoga is transformational.

Prioritise your practice.

It’s wild how something so small can just… stick.

Like one comment, one moment, one throwaway opinion.. and suddenly it becomes truth.

For 10 years I didn’t wear red because someone once told me it wasn’t my colour.

And I just ran with it.
No questioning. No curiosity.
Just “okay, that’s not for me then.”

Looking back I’m like… wuuuhh??

But this is how imprints work.

These little beliefs get planted somewhere along the way and before you know it, they’re running your choices.

What you wear.
What you go for.
What you think you’re allowed to have.

That’s samskara.

Yoga has been the thing that’s helped me actually see those patterns.. and go, wait.. is this even true?

And the cool part?
They’re not fixed.

You can replace them.
Rewrite them.
Choose new, more supportive beliefs that actually align with who you are now.

Because so many of the “rules” we live by aren’t even ours.

So I’m curious - what’s your version of “red”? ❤️
