In yoga, we often focus on flexibility.. but forget the power of support. Your glutes are the stabilisers of the pelvis - supporting your lower back, hips, and overall movement. When they’re not doing their job, other areas start to overcompensate (hello tight hip flexors + cranky lower back 😣). This week we’re bringing awareness to these often-overlooked muscles - learning when to engage, when to soften, and how to create strength that actually supports your practice.
