SACRED CIRCLE! It was so special just over a week ago to hold space for 5 divine beings, who showed up, shared, created, embraced and honoured the season of SPRING.

There is nothing more joyful than to feel truly, deeply held by other women in a way that vulnerability is witnessed as strength. Where honouring your grief amongst folks who allow you to show all emotions with no judgment is welcome, and where you can embrace your pure joy and happiness with no worry of embarrassment or having to dim it down.

After an incredibly inspiring and productive week, I had to share what’s planned for The Carly Effect this month. ⁣

Not going to lie. The integration of my time in Peru has had its ups and downs. I feel like I’ve been on warp speed some days processing all of the magical experiences I was fortunate to be a part of.

The ups have been fun: feelings of expansion, upgrading my system, how I view my world, how I wish to show up, what I stand for, what I was able to heal, what I’ve been able to change around the stories and beliefs I have of mySelf.

The downs, hmmm maybe not so great, deep sadness of what I’ve left behind of mySelf, the navigating of living between the magic and everyday life. The holding on of the experiences, the unusual processing of a big choice I made.. and how that has left me raw and heart broken and wishing to go back and change 1 specific thing. But then I don’t wish that.. and I get on with living in the choice I made. Hmmm 🤯

All part of the experience I guess. You know we do these things for ourselves, we explore, we meet our edge, we expand ourselves, we open ourselves up so we can go deeper. We cannot think we come out of it without a shedding, a challenge, a letting go, a lesson of a lifetime. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘰 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘢𝘮 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘭.

If you’re going through something, I see you. If you’re upgrading your system, I feel you. Or you’re simply coming back to your truest Self, I hear you.

I want you to know: You are Loved, Your are Strong, You are Magic.
