We seek to offer $10 affordable & time achievable classes are located looking over the water above blue door cafe Merewether beach 1st Saturday each month

Beginning mid Oct 2013, Adamstown Yoga opts for a BYO mat concept. Mats are available for sale for $25 each incl bag. This concept encourages participants to take their mat home and incorporate 1 or 2 stretches into their rest days. I believe it is also more hygienic and helps reduce set up, cleaning and pack up time for our classes. New beginners on their first visit are an exception. First in best dress as mats are limited. Arrive around 5 minutes before class starts. Anyone can try yoga, you do not need to be flexible as long as you can breathe, you will be fine! You may bring a towel if you tend to get a bit sweaty. Avoid eating a large meal for at least one hour before class. Turn your mobile off when you arrive, and leave your shoes at the door, as yoga is done barefoot!
