Newcastle Community Supports provides Community Access to NDIS plan and self-managed participants. Their support workers provide support in taking participants out to recreational activities such as social events, nature walks, movies, concerts, sports, sporting events and any other activities. They also assist with activities such as catching public transport, exercise, accessing local shops, attending medical appointments and navigating new environments.
