WHAT LEVEL IS FOR ME?
Not sure which pass to select or which class to book?
At Hamilton Yoga, we offer a progressive syllabus that takes you from the essential foundations of Iyengar Yoga to an advanced level.
Our classes are affordable with newcomer offers and memberships and have flexible attendance options, classes 7 days a week.
ππ BEGINNERS
If you are starting out, for absolute newcomers to yoga, those who are returning to yoga after a break or are coming from a different yoga style. No experience is required.
ππ GENTLE BEGINNERS
For those seeking a slower-paced appraoch, seniors, or those working with injuries.
Passes for Beginners and Gentle : New student 'INTRO OFFER', beginner passes, single class pass
ππ PROGRESSING (LEVEL 1)
For those who have completed the 10-week Beginners Course, or those with prior Iyengar yoga experience.
Passes: Memberships, 10-class pass, Single Pass
ππ INTERMEDIATE (LEVEL 1.5)
Great for those with ideally 12 months of Level 1 experience wanting a gradual transition to Level 2, consolidating Level 1 poses.
Passes: Memberships, 10-class pass, Single Pass
ππ ADVANCED (LEVEL 2)
For eager students who have completed a minimum of 18 months at Level 1, for greater depth of experience and understanding. More complex standing poses, back bends, forward bends and twists, incl. Pranayama and restorative sequences.
Passes: Memberships, 10-class pass, Single Pass
ππ LED PRACTICE
Led practice is not a class but a weekly practice session for experienced, regular students at Hamilton Yoga.
Passes: Included in Standard and Dedicated Memberships, Led Practice pass.
