If you're having your morning coffee right now, or just about to take a sip, this is for you.

Coffee gives you energy, but it also raises cortisol, the stress hormone. Too much cortisol, over time, can wear you down.

Here’s the good news: laughter can help bring those levels back down. I was part of a study where just 20 minutes of laughter dropped my cortisol by 27%. Others in the study saw drops of up to 40%.

But here’s the trick — you need to laugh with intention. On purpose. Daily. That’s what I teach in my laughter classes and coaching.

Who else loves walking by the ocean ? Did you know the ocean heals us ?

Here is a bit of infobabout that and a sanskrit mantra to balance the elements of earth, air, fire, water and ether that make up our body and system.

The words are beej or seed sounds for the energy centres the chakras combined with additional beej sounds for the 5 elements of earth, air fire water and ether.

The mantra is Nam Lam is (earth) Mam vam, (water) Sim ram (fire) Vam yam, (air), Yam hum (ether or space) then Siva om for energy activating ajna chakra (3rd eye) then nama swaha (i offer to you..to the Divine )

Law #1: You don’t need to feel like laughing to laugh.
