It’s cocoon season 🦦☁️🏰🐚🙂‍↕️🛌🪽

We have just passed the solstice, we are still deep in the cool, dry, introspective season of winter here in the southern hemisphere.

Internal practices beckon! Respecting the slow, thoughtful and hermit like nature of this season champions our ability to reap what is called upon during this time.

Practices that benefit may include:
- the microcosmic orbit
- qigong and yin style asana
- grounding techniques and spending quality time in the sun where possible to promote healthy vitamin D
- literally spending time observing nature, immersing yourself in Mother Nature recalling the oneness (not ever desperate although sometimes forgotten)

“My hair was beat from years of sun and salt and coconut oil on repeat, not showing any signs of growth until I took an inch off and started using the way of healing’s rosemary hair oil. I think it’s been a month and my hair feels so much healthier, and I’ve got at least an inch of growth back and my curls are lush as and it doesn’t look like it’s gonna stop anytime soon, I’m so into it”

I will be away from the apothecary from the 18th of May and returning on June 24.

I will also be running another community clinic day in honour of this Scorpio full moon arriving in the s.hemisphere tomorrow 24-4 🏹🌕 (Date TBC).

I don’t even have to question whether or not we are all feeling the full embrace of this lunation. Seatbelts have been tightly fastened this Aries season with a celebratory marriage of Uranus and Jupiter in Ta**us. A major celestial event bringing revolution on all fronts. What we invest our time in, what we love and how we move through the world is expected to be fundamentally rocked.

Wrapping up the first half of the years seasonal eclipse events and walking (running?) through April into Ta**us season. May offers some reprieve and notes of the changes we wish to connect in with. The culmination of desires, dreams, achievements, connections and authentic expressions in self and the mirror of relationships will begin to trickle into effect in the 3D shortly.

This full moon is about dropping over the cliff edge all the baggage that suddenly rocked up on your doorstep with a bad attitude demanding a home cooked meal and place to sleep. Wait, the problem is and was always you? You have the opportunity to change your ways and no one else holds that autonomy? Yup.

If you’re like me and had that W(`0`)W moment where the veil was lifted, disintegrated and shot up in flames right in front of your eyes.
Where now you have been shown what’s been lying under all that egoic discomfort of trying to get you to act in the same patterns you always have, clinging to the unruly discomfort of comfort in similarity while it quite truly depletes your vital force and distances you from your true alignment soul self, well this moon is for you to get down and familiar with your chord cutting ceremonies.
