Flowing gracefully into 2026 🦢 🦢 🦢
My interest in research of late has been on NRF2 (nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2) and how it pertains to gut health and how that pertains to/influences neuroimmunity, endocrine and metabolic health in regards to neuroplasticity, cognitive function & disease, endocrine health (specifically the hypothalamus pituitary ovarian axis) and female reproductive diseases.
For reiki and t.4ntra, I find so many cross overs and want to expand more into how these modalities subtend through the energetic framework and see how that moulds my offerings within these modalities.
I think a lot of people are intimidated by t.4ntra as a practice, because of western bastardisation of the s3xual elements within modern white washed offerings.
As a philosophy it harks simply the essence of loving understanding of self, to bridge that towards all we meet and share with in life. Sharing love with others is the sweetest and greatest gift and we all know that feeling clearly.
Reiki and t.4antra explore these themes organically as they both show us what is bubbling internally. So that is something I am eager to explore and expand in 2026, as my own interests lays deeply in autonomy and self awareness.
The reason I began my herbal medicine journey all those years ago was birthed from the same idea; of knowing how to treat yourself as so you can make sound decisions about your own health rather than pouring time energy money into external sources when it may not be necessary at that time. Knowing when and when not to call upon these external sources, etc.
Knowing what is important and what isn’t.
So within this framework are my offerings, authentic and personally inspired.
I am going to continue creating products within the origins collection - as needed. Meditation balm is sold out and there are a few moontide steams and Voluptas oleums left. The response to these products has been grand and well received and my deepest gratitude for their reception. The idea to make affordable, multi use herbal medicines for those who need them is a blessing.
