Such a wonderful Japanese teaching! Gaman.

During several family tragedies, accidents and illnesses recently I have been developing a new inner dialogue. For me The Three S's have become my holding pattern in moments of crisis. It is 'Stay Steady Sherynne'.

The Serenity Prayer helps too.

What I now know best is... What will be, will be! Life can be like surfing the ebbs and flows of the ocean whether it be calm or wild and tumultuous. At times, even treacherous.

Events will unfold as they must and everyone will reveal their true colours. The ripple effect of all this is real and profound.

Happy March. Happy Autumn.

Today is a special day as we have entered the Eclipse Season. The theme in all that is presenting itself to me today for the month of March is LOVE.

Here is a beautiful Forest Sound Bath for us to immerse ourselves in. As the Moonology Diary tells us, meditation is of extra value to us during these days of New Moon in Pisces energy.
