Kurt recently gave a presentation at Integrity4Life's Community Of Practice event.

The presentation addresses the issues we are encountering in NDIS support coordination nationwide, explores potential solutions, and provides the audience with practical takeaways to enhance the quality of support coordination services currently being provided within the scheme.

Our team had a great time yesterday reflecting on the importance of self-care in a workshop run by Brett Sams from 'The Self Care Zone'.

Support coordination can be an incredibly stressful role, managing conflicting demands as well as the vicarious trauma that is common in the helping professions. We are all feeling it in the lead-up to the end of the year.

His tips for micro-self care and building this into our routines were a great reminder that you can't pour from an empty cup.

Sylvia has a significant amount of social work experience in both clinical and non-clinical settings. She has been a social worker at a local psychiatric hospital, as well as at Centrelink. Not only that, but she was also previously an NDIS planner!
