🌑✨ Winter Solstice Blessings from NSW, Australia ✨🌑

Here in the Southern Hemisphere, the Wheel turns to Yule—the sacred Winter Solstice. The longest night blankets the land, and deep in the stillness, the light is reborn.

This is a powerful time for rest, renewal, and ritual. The Earth sleeps, but the soul listens. As the Sun begins its slow return, we honour both the darkness and the promise of new light.

🌿 Create a sacred space with grounding crystals like black tourmaline and smoky quartz. Burn local or dried herbs like rosemary, mugwort, and chamomile to clear energy and call in clarity.
Anoint yourself with cedarwood, frankincense, or clove oil—each one anchoring you to the ancient wisdom of the land.

Write down what you’re releasing with the dark (old wounds, doubts, fears) and what you welcome with the returning light (hope, insight, resilience). Offer the release to flame, and bury your intentions in the soil—returning them to the Earth to grow with the Sun.

From the shadows, we rise.

Soul Elements was established in 2012 by proprietor and therapist Kellie, after 20 years of self-discovery and training. ~ It was time to follow my passion and offer my serves to the universe on a greater level.

We are all powerful co-creators and have the ability to create the life we want. My only goal is to effectively empowering you, allowing you to let go of fear and encouraging and supporting you on your path as you make important choices and actions towards your vision.
