Between vomit, poo explosions, leaking breasts and smeared snot you’re bound to need a change of top at some point. And I bet you’ve got 16 outfit changes for the baby in there but none for you, am I right??!

Just pop one in today, or keep it in the car/ bottom of the pram.

Worst case scenario; you never need it

Best case: you don’t have to smell like vomit all day and that’s another tiny win!

How many times have I heard 'why didn't anyone tell me?!'

So here's a little FYI for expectant parents

Newborn reality:
Feed baby → change baby → rock baby → baby sleeps → you sit down → baby wakes up.
Repeat for the next few months. 😅

But also you will never feel a love like this and it is wonderful 💛

Fannie’s and Fizz has had a glow up!

I’ve listened, refined, and created something that feels even more aligned with the approach that my clients need.

It’s still a pelvic floor & core workshop, it’s still for every stage of motherhood, we will still have experts on sight to answer all your questions and we will of course still have bubbly to enjoy.

This is real, supportive, and practical (with a little fizz still in the mix 🥂)

Gather on April 23rd for a very special evening at the BCP hub.
