Last night we got to celebrate a pretty special milestone… LOMA Care turned ONE 🩵

And as if that wasn’t enough, we also crowned our very first Golden Udder winner 🏆

A huge congratulations to Emily H, who was nominated for living out our LOMA Care value of Continuous Improvement. Emily takes the trophy for the month, a $100 gift card, and (of course) the bragging rights 😉

Each month, our team can nominate their fellow employees when they see the LOMA values in action. Every nomination is recognised, because showing up for our people (and for each other) matters.

We also celebrated all of our staff one-year anniversaries, plus March birthdays for Mia, Aimee and Sophia 🎂

A huge thank you to everyone who made the night what it was. Mitchell, for bringing the Golden Udder to life and creating something that truly reflects how we recognise great work. Mitchell, Kirston, Mel and Elisha for pulling everything together behind the scenes. And to all of our staff who showed up and brought the first birthday energy with them — it didn’t go unnoticed.

And of course, the cake by always making sure we have the best sweets to celebrate with 🍰
