Meet Georgia ✋

She's a physiotherapist who loves helping people get back to the activities they enjoy most! She has a strong interest in sports injuries and back pain, inspired in part by her own experiences recovering from sporting injuries. This has given her a real appreciation for the rehabilitation journey and the value of personalised, evidence-based care.

When she’s not in the clinic, Georgia enjoys keeping active—playing social hockey or netball, training for long-distance running events, or heading to the beach for a walk or swim. Otherwise, you’ll likely find her catching up with friends and family or enjoying a good coffee at a local café ☕️

👋 Meet Charlie

Charlie is passionate about building genuine connections through physiotherapy and believes the best results come from truly understanding each person’s goals and creating a clear, effective path to recovery.

With a strong interest in sporting injuries and post-operative rehab, Charlie brings hands-on experience from working as a sports trainer and spending time observing surgical procedures.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Charlie playing soccer with Adamstown Rosebud Football Club, or staying active at the beach, in the gym, out for a run — and always up for a game of backyard cricket 🏏

👋 Meet our new Accredited Exercise Physiologist Kurt!

With over a decade of experience across private practice, rehabilitation and community health, I’m passionate about helping people move better and live stronger. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Fitness (ACPE) and a Master of Exercise Physiology (University of Sydney), with a special interest in exercise rehabilitation for people returning to work after injury.

I love working with:
✔️ Individuals returning to work or sport after injury
✔️ Seniors improving strength, balance and everyday function
✔️ Athletes aiming to enhance performance
✔️ Group exercise classes that combine strength, balance and aerobic fitness

Alongside my clinical work, I’m currently completing a Master of Teaching (Secondary) with a focus on PDHPE, driven by a strong passion for health education and empowering young people to lead active, healthy lives.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me surfing around Lake Macquarie and Newcastle, training at the gym, or enjoying cycling, running, beach volleyball, and quality time with family and friends 🌊🏋️‍♀️
