We are almost there! 🌟A few little peaks into some of the touches that we have had such a pleasure to finally install… scales, medicine cabinets, hanging the antique pendants, our collection of apothecary wares…

This is the fun part. It feels soooo wonderful in here..

We will be opening next week, softly and gently beginning our trade and clinic practice. We are ready for you.

When we catch our breath we look forward to have a little celebratory launch 🍾 but now it’s back to getting labels printed, our website up and running, getting to know our new systems and curating our stock.

Just catching up on our progress. 🔨🪚Lots has happened in the last few weeks . Our raised lab floor built and walls are up and set in by our wonderful plasterer. We have had such a good crew building this space. Many hands and minds building, problem solving and putting good energy into every aspect of the renovation.

Some precious pics from a recent trip to WA - on Menang /Noongar country, Albany.

An incredible privilege to meet and rest in the paradise of this area. The WATERS… crystal clear with the whitest sand… walk amongst the peppermint willows, sit by the lakes and estuary rivers, bush walks through the unique flora and standing on the cliffs being blown by the Antarctic winds.
This trip was to visit one of my besties, who took me on such beautiful adventures through this area. To just walk and Be and appreciate what is here and when we are present and interact with our natural world - it speaks to us. I heard and saw many profound things. I am changed and forever grateful.

My time of recharge before heading back to the east to begin a very big and new project.

Got there early yesterday and took some pic’s of the beautiful atmosphere… new season emerging but winter still present in the cold wind. Not hardly any pics during the workshop as we were just too engaged in the moment. ☺️

The space was perfect to gather, learn and teach. We will visit again for sure. Much appreciation to Zoe and Sarah ♥️

This week we will be diving into the digestive system.

🔥why it loves the rhythm of regular eating
🔥how our gut-brain influences our digestive function
🔥the important role of the gut microbiota

And talking about how to support and work with constipation, diarrhoea, gastro, worry tummy, colic, using herbal teas, plant fibres, pre and pro biotics and plant compresses, broth and soups.

I am very grateful for my work space. It’s a very cosy room to work with my client folk. 🔥🤲🏼

In the sessions we are delving into the body’s needs and symptom expressions, we sort, plan, check out the draws that haven’t been opened for a while- so to speak-, we create rhythm and health rituals to serve you, we listen and speak and learn . We talk nourishment, sleep and all the rest.
