It’s so great to see this issue in the spotlight! It’s a sad reality that women are twice as likely to die from asthma and tend to have more severe asthma.
Thanks so much for the shout out about our current research study we’re running in Newcastle, aiming to better understand this by looking at relationships between s*x hormones, the menstrual cycle, menopause and the contraceptive pill in women and the impact this has on asthma symptoms.
