🌟 ESM Employee Spotlight: Andy
📍 Perth | Maintenance Co-ordinator
📅 Joined: August 2025

This month, we’re happy to introduce Andy, our Maintenance Co-ordinator based in Perth.

Andy brings a wealth of experience to ESM, with a career that’s taken him from working across dealerships in Ireland and WA, to starting up north in underground mining, moving onto surface drills and then into field service roles across multiple mine sites. After several years on the tools and on the road, Andy progressed into Field Service Coordinator and later Senior Field Service Coordinator, before joining ESM.

His hands-on experience, industry knowledge and ability to keep things running smoothly make him a huge asset to the team.

Thanks Andy, for everything you bring to ESM 👏
