This introductory program is designed to help young people make a strong start on their lifelong lifting and strength training journey.
Our EPs have the specialised knowledge and skills to equip your teen with the fundamentals of safe and effective lifting.
With six sessions scheduled over two weeks in the January school holidays, the program is ideal for those who are just starting out and want to learn about creating safe and healthy habits for technique, progressive load, rest and recovery. This would be a great starting point for any young people hoping to do our Powerlifting program in future!
The small group format means you get personalised support and an individualised program - but it also means numbers are strictly limited!
