Our temporary lab is now producing…

A message from a very supportive customer, enthusiastic about IVF.

“Thanks Patricia & really good work on all the IGT team. In getting the lab up and running so quickly again. Patricia can you please freeze 15 of the 30 projected of the …( Bull Name ) embryos. And bring the rest.

Again great work by all at IGT !!!

After 3 weeks of intense work, dealing with emotions and uncertainties the IGT team has stabilished a temporary lab and will start its operation on Monday.

Our staff have done all sorts of jobs: cleaned, dumped, cleaned, repaired , cleaned, moved, cleaned , adjust, traveled to chase equipment , vehicles, cleaned and cleaned.

Hope, Confidence and mainly Gratitude is permeating all of us!!

Special thank you to Collette and John from Just Genes! You are absolutely extraordinary ! Thoughts with you !!

Thank you all IGT staff members . You are just the Dream Team, stronger than before!!’

Just after 5 days of the devastating episode at IGT premises, we are feeling grateful for everything that has happened this week.

We have to thank you all for the support that we received from customers and friends ; messages, calls, offers to come and give us a hand, friends showing up for help, competitors and ex competitors showing solidarity too.

Feeling grateful to have found so many good people on our path so far .

Not enough words to thank Just Genes ( Collete, John and their crew) who has supported us as family members, opening their doors to our crew.❤️💐

Special thank you to Nindooinbah ( Mr Euan, Nick and Nat), Ced Wise AB, Paul Pearce, AP electrical, Eeurocom, BCF, Cryologic , John Pell , Malcolm Earns ( Optical repairs) , John Milne, Vinicius ;people who had promptly attended us doing their best to speed up our recovery.👏👏

We are very proud and grateful to all our IGT team who have faced difficult and emotional times during this week..👍👍

The amount of work they have done in 5 days time was more than we could expect to be done in 2 weeks time ; it was an immense and extraordinary team work helping us to put our company back on track in the next couple of weeks. 👏👏👏

Friends and customers…a good news!

Pleased to inform:

We have accessed and checked semen from each of our tanks and all semen and embryos at IGT are still alive…no losses.

The tone of the post today is quite sad.

IGT lab has been flooded on Sunday as part of this unprecedented showers in Brisbane

Unfortunately we have to stop our operation due an unexpected 1.5m water level at our premises.

We would like to thank the staff, customers and friends for their understanding , kindness and help .

At the moment we are still accessing the damages; all the efforts are being done to put IGT back on track very soon.

We will come back soon !!!!
