We offer group mat classes, private and small group studio sessions and specialty classes

We are a boutique, specialised Pilates studio in Newmarket in the inner nothern suburbs of Brisbane. The Studio offers a warm, intimate and relaxing environment and is under the guidance of Director Sharon Porter, certified Pilates instructor.

Having a blissful week at the beach before starting back at the studio on Monday. Visited some old haunts that brought back childhood memories. The .pub has the most sensational food. The best ever potato scallops! That’s a big call from me.

Getting back in the Body Rev groove. I got my first Pilates fix for 2026 yesterday & it feels so good. We’re transitioning into The Year Of The Horse so taking time to be still & present. Time to uncoil & release then stretch, reach & run with your dreams freely. studio reopens for 2026 from Monday 12th January.

The big reveal. It’s been up for a while but I’ve restrained myself from revealing before the 1st December. And that’s my cute little feature tree of special ornaments I’ve collected as gifts & from overseas travels. I changed my colour scheme this year - a HUGE deal for me. Well, ho, ho, low & behold, all the shops are following my trend. Cue groovy, rockin Christmas song & smug facial expression.
