Current Lost Property: 1 x long sleeve zipped black hoodie, 1 x owala kids straw cup, 2 x toy trucks. Please contact by end of parkrun on Saturday or they will off to the opp shop as all have been hanging around for a few weeks.

Hello Newport Lakes parkrunners!

It's been a full day since event 376 yesterday morning - that's how long it's taken me to process just how massive it was!

With ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY SEVEN of you lovely finishers, this was our second biggest event ever, only bettered by our launch event waaaaaay back nearly a decade ago! 🤯

Special shoutout to Max who sneakily ran his milestone 10th parkrun yesterday without letting me know AND was also our first finisher across the line!

And as always, this event cannot run without our amazing team of hi-vis volunteers, and a huge thank you to my amazing team who vollied yesterday, and to everyone who added their names to our roster - the coming weeks are looking a lot happier now! We can always find more vollie spots for you though, so if you're still thinking of volunteering, please do get in touch!
