Welcome to the team Noah!
Noah will be located at both our Narrabeen and Newport clinics.
Noah completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at ACU. It was an appreciation of the body’s ability to adapt, strengthen and grow that drew Noah towards physiotherapy (that, and seeing his fair share of sporting injuries throughout childhood, which kept him well acquainted with his local physio team). Noah has a unique understanding of the mental and physical impact that injury can place on an individual, and the importance of a tailored and effective rehab program.
Noah has had experience in both acute and rehab hospital settings, working with orthopaedic, neurological, and post-surgical patients. He has had experience managing and triaging acute injuries whilst working in rugby and soccer clubs. Recently, he attended the International Rugby Academy of Australia Development Camp, as part of the medical team and will be working closely with rugby players from Warringah Rugby Club.
Noah has a particular interest in treating sporting-based injuries but ultimately what he enjoys most is helping his patients return to what they love doing most in their life.
Fun fact: While Noah’s not at work, he’ll either be writing music and playing gigs with his band, in the gym, or letting his two dogs take him for a run.

Welcome to the team Gabriella!


Gabriella has been a Physiotherapist for thirty years, owning her own practice on the beaches for the last 22 years. She has gained extensive experience and expertise in all areas of Physiotherapy, including all sporting injuries, all back & neck pain presentations, headaches & jaw/TMJ issues, work injuries, and specific expertise for older patients, teenagers and children. Gabriella has also had extensive experience in the effective rehabilitation of all complex musculoskeletal surgeries including spinal surgery, shoulder surgery and lower limb reconstructive surgery, working closely with leading Orthopaedic and Neurosurgeons across Sydney who entrust their patients to her care.


Gabriella is now thrilled to be joining the outstanding team at PhysioWard, Newport.


After completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Physiotherapy with High Distinction, Gabriella has gained a wide range of postgraduate qualifications including: Pilates, Traditional Acupuncture, and headache/TMJ therapies, craniosacral and myofascial therapies.


Gabriella has a specialty interest in lower limb presentations, including overuse, sports injuries and underlying biomechanical issues. She is equally experienced and passionate about effective spinal care, ranging from acute to chronic lower back and neck pain, postural issues, referred neuralgia pain patterns, complex spinal surgery, headaches, TMJ dysfunction and dizziness/vertigo.


She has the ability to make the complex simple and will make you feel as enthusiastic about your recovery as she is.

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and caring receptionist to join the PhysioWard Team. The role will be two days per week at our Newport Clinic with opportunity to work additional days to cover other staff personal leave/annual leave.

Requirements:
- Comprehensive Computer, typing and IT skills
- Competency with MS word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous front desk medical or allied health reception experience is preferred (HICAPS & Nookal)
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Be positive, cheerful and friendly with a "can do" attitude
- Be open to learn and take instruction and responsibility
- To be a Multi-tasker with attention to detail
- Great phone manner

This role involves a variety of admin and reception duties with a high level of Customer Service, in a friendly physio practice.
