As a Disability Support Worker, you will:
• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities, including mobility, hygiene, and dressing.
• Encourage independence, self-confidence, and social participation.
• Support clients with personal goals, educational, recreational, and community activities.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, promoting dignity and respect.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
• Is compassionate, patient, and committed to respect and inclusivity.
• Has excellent communication skills and enjoys building relationships.
• Experience in disability support or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Holds a relevant qualification (Certificate III in Individual Support or higher) or is willing to obtain one.
• A current First Aid & CPR certification is highly desirable.
• Driver’s license and reliable transport are beneficial.
