Men, are you up for a little exercise and socialising with like minded Newport Residents?

The Man Walk provides an opportunity for men to get together to walk, talk and support each other in a regular and healthy way.

The Man Walk provides an environment that is positive, supportive and inclusive, where there is no pressure and no barriers to entry. Just an opportunity to walk, talk and support! We want to make it ok to talk, and we want to make it ok for men to ask for help if they need it.

The Newport walk which operates on Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Sunday at 2:30pm from the front of the Newport Marketplace.

The walk is open to any men who are over the age of 16, and all participants are covered by insurance whilst completing the walk.

Wednesday walks are usually 45-50mins to a distance of 4km which is around the estate, and our Sunday walks will be mapped to around the 6km mark heading towards Scarborough through Newport.
