🎄 The Alpha Tree is back spreading joy and hope for people in need in 2025! This is the 5th year running we are collecting food and gifts for The Salvos! 🎅🏼

You can drop your donations to any of our three locations at Newport, Ascot Vale and Bacchus Marsh which will all be collected by in December for people in need

🎁 Gifts are best unwrapped, you can donate the wrapping paper or gift bags separately
🎁 Gifts for kids of all ages are appreciated! From toddlers to teens
🍗 Non- Perishable items that are packaged are ideal for our tree

Melbourne Runners 🏃🏽‍♂️ did you pick up an injury after the marathon on the weekend?

We’ve been seeing lots of runners coming through our doors who unfortunately picked up niggles and injuries after the Melbourne marathon. We literally LOVE running, and we get it, you want to get back out there, but how?

The good news is though, the quicker you address the injury to quicker you get back running! We find the root cause of your pain, and help you plan your return to training so you can start preparing for your next PB!

Save the date! Tuesday September 30 we will be taking part in a 12 hour team relay on the treadmill at our Newport clinic to raise money and awareness for &

Destiny Rescue are a global charity who rescue children from trafficking and promote awareness campaigns for child safety online. The work they do to save children from unimaginable situations is nothing short of incredible.

We already have 6 amazing business owners who have put their hand up to be part of our team relay that will go from 8am- 8pm, so if you’d like to be part of it DM us! You can walk, run or even split your 60 minute commitment to the relay! It’s sure to be a great event 💪🏽❤️

He loves his footy and has exceptional knowledge when it comes to managing footy injuries. He currently works with Essendon AFLW and he absolutely loves it there!

When he’s not travelling with the team you can find him at our Ascot Vale and Newport clinics!

What an event to be part of at 💥

The Pinnacle is something these athletes work towards for weeks, it was great to see this incredible community rally around each other and celebrate everyone’s achievements!

We met people today who have been training here for 30 years! What an establishment 👏🏼

Our day was made a little more special as we teamed up with Oskar from to provide support to all the athletes who took part in the event.
