Low Testosterone!
Low libido isn't always the only culprit. Think of low drive, feeling fatigued, irritability and also recovering poorly.
If you're feeling tired but the brain is feeling wired, this is a state you want to get out of as fast as possible.
You need to start prioritising sleep, getting into the gym 3-4 times per week and if you're drinking alcohol, reduce this significantly.
If this still doesn't, come in and we can do some further testing to find out what it could be!
