Low Testosterone!

Low libido isn't always the only culprit. Think of low drive, feeling fatigued, irritability and also recovering poorly.

If you're feeling tired but the brain is feeling wired, this is a state you want to get out of as fast as possible.

You need to start prioritising sleep, getting into the gym 3-4 times per week and if you're drinking alcohol, reduce this significantly.

If this still doesn't, come in and we can do some further testing to find out what it could be!

Inflammation isn't always just about pain!

It will cause tiredness, brain fog, and irritability.

Stop waking up stiff, tired and foggy and utilise to anti-inflammatory omega 3's and reduce your omega 6's which are vegetable oils and too much red meat. Also make sure you're getting enough sleep.

But if this doesn't feel like its getting the job done, get some blood work done and see if there is something else causing it!

😣 Feeling Nauseous After Eating?

It might be related to bile secretion from the gallbladder. 🌿 Here are some herbs that can help:

Most of the time it is
Poor digestion

Drink warm water

Bloated or feel heavy after eating?

It is often not the food.
It is weak digestion.

Two of my go to herbs are ginger and gentian.

Gentian is bitter. That bitterness switches digestion on by stimulating the vagus nerve.

That tells the body to:

I hear this all the time!

The endoscopy/colonoscopy is normal!
That does not mean your gut is healthy.
