This Friday, filming will take place at Rendu Towers between 6am and 6pm. Our crew will be capturing the building and daily life throughout the day.

Everything has been carefully planned to ensure minimal disruption, and residents can continue their day as usual. Filming will only involve those who have chosen to participate.

Hydration check. 💧

Even when you don’t feel thirsty, your body is already working harder than you realise during a workout, especially in the pool, the gym or a warm studio.

A simple reminder for Rendu movers:

• Sip before you start, not just when you finish
• Keep your bottle within reach and take small, regular sips
• If you’re exercising for more than 45 minutes, consider adding a light electrolyte to replace what you lose through sweat
