Being trauma-informed does not equate to being trauma-responsive in schools. 🙌

🧠Not all trauma manifests as unsafe externalising behaviours, but all trauma manifests in ways that can disconnect a child from their relationships and ability to learn. 📖

Promoting a child's agency and relational health is at the heart of being trauma responsive. 💙
