With the cooler mornings this week, this has been one of the most common comments I’ve had in clinic! ❄️ This is likely due to the combination of changes in barometric pressure, decreased blood flow and reduced physical activity. So while it might be the last thing you feel like doing on a frosty Tassie morning, getting up, having a hot shower and getting moving is the best thing you can do to help ease those aches and pains! 🧘🏽‍♀️

Time to introduce the face behind Osteoflow! 🌿 My name is Alana and I’ve been an osteopath for a bit over 6 years now. I studied at Southern Cross University in Lismore, NSW. My passion for sport and a curiosity about the human body lead me to becoming an osteopath! 🦴

When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me at a pilates class, reading the latest book I’ve found on BookTok or catching up with friends over a walk & almond latte! ☕️
