Farewell, Aim. Hello, Studio Vara.
After ten unforgettable years, Aim Remedial Massage is coming to a close.
It’s hard to find the right words — Aim has been more than a business. It’s been a space filled with trust, healing, movement, growth, laughter (and sometimes tears). It’s been the hands-on heart of my life for the past decade.
But like all living things, this chapter has run its course — and something new is ready to bloom.
On July 1st, I’ll be opening the doors to Studio Vara — a space deeply rooted in everything Aim stood for, but grown up, evolved, and more aligned than ever before. It’s still me — still the same intention, care, and therapeutic focus — but with a new energy and elevated experience.
I also want to take a moment to thank Josie and Jackson — two incredible therapists who have shared this space with me, cared for our clients with so much integrity, and helped shape the culture that made Aim so special. I’m endlessly grateful for their support, skill, and the time we had together under the Aim banner.
To every single person who supported Aim: thank you. You’ve shaped the therapist I am, and the vision Studio Vara now holds.
To my beautiful family, and to Nathan — thank you for standing beside me through every late night, bold idea, and leap of faith. Your support, love, and encouragement have meant everything.
Nathan, our pups, and I are so excited for this next chapter — and we can’t wait to welcome you into it.
The name may be changing, but the care remains.
Here’s to what was. And what’s next. 🤍
