When I was 12 years old me and my buddy stole some Xmas cards from mailboxes!

One of the cards had 2 x $2 notes, this is 1977.

My mate got $2 and I got $2!

I went and bought some plastic soldiers from the shop.

Mum thought I’d stolen money from her purse, I hadn’t! I hadn’t ever done that!

But I couldnt confess to my crime!

So I I was trapped!

So 50 years later, a few years ago, I finally confessed to my mother where I’d gotten the money!

She said. “You should stole it off me!”

My point is that according to “Karma”, that is a debt that I owe the Universe!

I didn’t get caught!
I didn’t get in trouble!
I got to keep my stolen goods!

BUT!

Karma is watching!

Late 1995, after a major breakup, I became more self aware!

I started to understand how (I believe) the universe works!

And! For that reason, I have karmic debts I owe to the universe!

No police record, but a “Universal” tally of my good deeds and my bad deeds!

At times I get frustrated, as I still encounter very challenging times, that “I feel”, I don’t deserve!

But!

According to “Karma”, you get ALL that you deserve!

I found this realisation quite liberating!

I do my best to do my best these days!

When I was younger, I thought that “If I don’t get caught, there’ll be no consequences”, but then i learned about Karma!

Once you stop blaming the world for your crimes, you’ll start to grow!

“If your thoughts are not in your control, who runs your world?
Who’ll save your soul?”

From my song, “Way of the world!”

Think about it?

If someone can make you angry, they’re controlling your emotions! That’s crazy!

I’ve been studying yoga for 30 years, teaching for 19 years!

When people say “Yoga”, most think of “Asana”, which is the physical facet of yoga.

“Yoga”, or “Yog”, as is it’s true name, (The west loves to add “a”s to eastern words!”, is a way of life, far more than exercise.

It’s goal is “Samadhi”. The settled mind.
Much the same as “Nirvana”, from Buddhism.

Getting to the “Settled mind” is a complex path! Not a complicated path, but an intricate one.

May I suggest a copy of The yoga sutras? A small instruction guide explaining the many facets of Yoga!

There’s a bit of a story at the start of the book. You can come back to that.

Flick through to Sutra 1.
“And now the teaching on yoga begins!”

A simple statement, preparing you for a complex ride toward peace!

The foundation of Yoga is Ahimsa. Everything is built on this!

Ahimsa means “Do not injure!

Think about that!

How often do you “Injure”?

In the heart of Australia, a man named Jake had a dream that seemed as big as the vast outback itself. He was obsessed with music, especially the electrifying sounds of AC/DC. The band’s hard-hitting riffs and infectious energy spoke to him like nothing else. One day, as he listened to their album “Rock or Bust,” the idea struck him like a bolt of lightning: he would walk across Australia, blasting AC/DC on portable speakers, sharing his love for rock music with everyone he met along the way. It wasn’t just a journey; it was a mission to inspire others and spread joy through the power of rock.

Jake started his adventure in Sydney, where the iconic landmarks shimmered under the bright sun. With his backpack filled with essentials and his trusty portable speakers, he set off with “Rock or Bust” blasting through the streets. As he walked, the music attracted attention. People paused their busy lives to listen, some tapping their feet while others joined him for parts of the journey. Jake felt like he was part of something bigger—a community brought together by the universal language of rock and roll. Each step echoed the beat of the music, fueling his determination to cover the countless miles ahead.

As he ventured deeper into the rugged heart of Australia, Jake faced challenges that tested his resolve. The sun blazed down during the day, and the nights were cold and lonely as he camped under the stars. Some days, his feet ached, and doubts crept into his mind. But every time he felt like giving up, he would turn on the speakers and let the raw energy of AC/DC revive his spirit. “It’s a long way to the top if you wanna rock ’n’ roll,” the lyrics sang out, and he reminded himself that every step was part of his journey, both physically and emotionally.

Months passed, and Jake finally reached his destination at the remote town of Darwin. He felt a rush of excitement and relief as he stood at the finish line of his epic quest. Local news outlets caught wind of his story, and soon, he was being interviewed about his incredible adventure. The experience not only connected him with people from all walks of life but also ignited a passion for music that he had never fully embraced before. Thanks to his dedication, Jake didn’t just walk across Australia; he became a symbol of resilience, showing that when you chase your dreams with heart and soul, the world opens up in amazing ways.

After the journey, Jake returned to his hometown a different person. Inspired by his adventure, he began to write music and perform at local venues, spreading the rock and roll message even further. He felt like he had found his true calling—not just as a fan of AC/DC but as a musician in his own right. The experience taught him that music has the power to unite people, and he was determined to keep it alive in his own life. His passion and commitment transformed him from a wandering fan into a rock artist in the making, reminding everyone that with enough dedication, anything is possible.

Looking back, Jake realized that his journey was about more than just walking; it was about the connections he made, the challenges he overcame, and the unwavering belief in the power of music to inspire change. Just like AC/DC’s songs filled with electric energy, his story was a testament to the spirit of rock and roll, proving that sometimes the greatest adventures start with a simple passion and the courage to follow it.

I don’t support either of the major American parties!

But this is my response to “Understanding” the FaceBook Democrat supporters!

My opinion!

Having been trained in “The grieving cycle!” It is my hypothesis that these people are in the early stages…Denial, Anger and Fear!

Please take into account that what they say, they believe!

When you realise this, it’s easier to show compassion towards them.

They need to “accept” that Big Don has the job, they can’t! This is their problem!

Denial-which is stage 1 of the grieving process!

They bounce back and forth between the early stages, Denial, anger, fear.

This all needs to be worked through, processed by them, then they can accept the reality that Karmala lost.

Then, if they’re serious and proactive (Which they’re not), they could do something more constructive towards the next election!

The problem with Social Media is ghat it allows these “Nobody’s” to have a voice!

And there’s so many “Nobody’s” leaning on each other, that they feel supported!

I wish them healing!
