I’m a business owner I own a smoothie bar in Lara , a part time hairdresser, a mentor and health and wellness coach.
I am also a mum of 2 children Charli and Nate and a wife to Brad.

Once I made the choice to look after myself... Start my day with a balanced breakfast, ground myself with a walk, journal my thoughts, hydrate myself rather than reach for the next coffee hit, put the phone down instead of aimlessly scrolling, breathe a little deeper...

These are all very easy and SMALL decisions that simply add up to an incredible day.
