I am delighted to be running my first session in Geelong as Mental Health First Aid instructor.

This course gives you the skills and confidence to notice when something isn’t quite right, start a supportive conversation and respond calmly and compassionately if someone is experiencing a mental health crisis.

To all my fellow HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONERS…this is also for you. I have found it to be an important addition to my practice by giving me confidence to have those hard conversations.
