Introducing extended opening hours on Saturdays. We would like to welcome Kristian Karpinski to IWO.

Kristian is a structural Osteopath who focuses on helping people move better and feel stronger.

He combines thorough physical assessments, manual therapy techniques, and personalised management plans with a strength and conditioning focus. His approach is practical and adaptable, designed to support everyone through everyday challenges, whether that is recovering from an injury or staying active long-term.

Kristian treats a wide range of conditions, including neck and back pain, sports injuries, and chronic pain, working with people of all ages and activity levels.

Outside the clinic, he enjoys running, shooting hoops, climbing boulders, and lifting weights.

Kristian currently consults on Saturdays at Inner West Osteopathy."

Inner West Osteopathy is excited to announce we are now offering Tecar electrotherapy.

Diacare 5000 ‘Tecar’ is an electromagnetic stimulator that acts on the body’s circulatory system. Rather than generating a superficial external heat (which is counterproductive in the case of inflammation), it works from deep within the tissue.

Inner West Osteopathy is excited to announce a new member to our clinic. Osteopath Dr Andrea Mari.

As a former professional soccer player, Andrea is very interested in sports and body biomechanics and loves to help patients to perform at their best. Andrea loves working with an array of patients, including runners,
dancers, health professionals and individuals with debilitating conditions.

"Being part of someone's road to recovery is a privileged position and provided me
with an invaluable experience".

Andrea graduated with a Masters of Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy (formerly the BSO) and obtained a Diploma in Football Medicine. Andrea has a keen interest in visceral techniques and has completed the VM1 and VM2 with Barral Institute of Australia.

We are looking for an experienced Allied Health Receptionist to join our team.

This is an immediate start, permanent part-time position on a Friday 845am-615pm and Saturday morning 845am-1.15pm. The ideal candidate would also be available to cover other weekday shifts on occasion when required (eg staff holidays)

All practitioners and staff at IWO are fully vaccinated!! In line with NSW health guidelines, we are also asking patients to please wear a disposable, surgical type mask (and not a cloth reusable) when attending appointments. Thank you for your understanding

YES WE ARE OPEN AND ARE SEEING OSTEO/ REMEDIAL MASSAGE AND DRY NEEDLING PATIENTS.

Andrew Davison, the Chief Allied Health Officer of NSW announced that allied health clinics such as Inner West Osteopathy should remain open where possible.

This makes complete sense, as people need ongoing care for the issues they already have and keeps people out of the medical system.

Please remember to bring a mask and use the hand sanitiser at reception. Your temperature will be taken on arrival and the wait area will be outside of the clinic.
