Make your own magnesium oil to help with sore, tight muscles and relieve muscle cramps. Just use equal parts magnesium chloride flakes to boiling water, stir and you are done.
Magnesium oil absorbs through the skin directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system. This makes it a really good option if you have any gastrointestinal issues. I have always found it really good to apply directly to muscle cramps and also to restless legs at night.
