We’re so excited to welcome another beautiful energy into the Jewels of Wellbeing space.

Please help us warmly welcome Nay Mary – Psychic Medium & Intuitive Readings 🤍🤍

Nay Mary brings many years of experience in psychic mediumship and spiritual guidance, and we are truly honoured to have her joining our growing community of practitioners.

She will be available by appointment on weekends at the Jewels of Wellbeing studio.

I’ve been noticing signs lately.

Not answers — just invitations.

To pause.

To listen more closely.

To simply notice what’s asking for attention rather than pushing through.

Signs don’t demand.

They wait.

The question is whether we’re willing to notice them.

A little reminder about intuition…

I haven’t been listening to mine recently. 😬

I overrode the whispers and resisted what my body was telling me it needed.

And now my body has spoken a little louder — through pain 😖

Our intuition is quiet, but it’s incredibly wise.

It tells us when to rest, when to slow down, when something isn’t quite right.
Not from fear — but from care.

Sometimes we ignore it because we’re busy, motivated, committed, or “shoulding” ourselves through life.

Until the body steps in and says: please listen now.

This isn’t about blame.

It’s about learning.

And choosing to soften instead of force.

If your intuition has been nudging you lately — to rest, to pause, to change pace — let this be your reminder to trust it.

Your body isn’t working against you… it’s working for you.

A Wellness Session is a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect — with your body, your nervous system, and yourself.

It’s not about fixing you.
It’s about listening to you.

In a session, we may explore:

• What your body is trying to communicate
• Where stress, emotions, or old patterns are being held
• What’s keeping you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or out of balance
• Where your energy systems are at and what they need
• How to gently support your entire system back toward ease and clarity

Each session is unique — guided by you, your body, and what’s showing up on the day.

I’m beginning this year slowly, intentionally… and from Japan 🇯🇵

Being here has been a powerful reminder of what I want to carry into the studio this year:

✨ presence over pressure
✨ consistency over intensity
✨ depth over doing more

Japan has a way of teaching you that care, ritual, simplicity and respect for the moment are not luxuries — they’re foundations.

So my intention for the studio this year is this:

To continue creating a space where self-care is sustainable, nervous systems feel safe, bodies are listened to, and growth happens without force.

Not louder.

Not faster.

Just more intentional.

I’m so excited for what we will build together this year alongside .rae

Unpopular belief - Christmas isn’t always HAPPY

Yes - Christmas is meant to feel joyful.

But for many nervous systems, it feels like overload.

More noise.
More expectations.
More emotions.
More memories.
More expense.
More pressure.

If you’re feeling flat, irritable, tearful, or exhausted — nothing is wrong with you.

Your body is responding to a lot.

✨ Gentle reminder:

You don’t need to be cheerful — you need to be regulated.

Rest is allowed.

Boundaries are allowed.

Stepping back is allowed.

Taking 5 to just BREATHE is allowed.

Create some space for JOY to enter - you are doing amazing 🤩

🐾 For the pets we’ve loved… and the ones we’ve lost 🐾

This year, within our community, some very special companions have crossed the rainbow bridge.

For many of us, our pets are not “just animals.”
They are family.

They are routine, comfort, safety, laughter, grounding, and unconditional love.

They sit with us in our hardest moments and celebrate quietly in our happiest ones.

Losing a pet can leave an ache that feels invisible to the world — a grief that isn’t always spoken about or fully understood.

If you’ve lost a beloved pet this year, please know this:

🫶🏼 Your grief is valid
🫶🏼 Your love mattered
🫶🏼 Your bond was real
🫶🏼 You are not alone

Grief doesn’t have a timeline. It comes in waves — sometimes soft, sometimes overwhelming — and all of it is welcome here.

Today we simply want to acknowledge you, your loss, and the deep love you shared.

May you be gentle with yourself.

May their memory live on in the quiet moments, the habits, the spaces they once filled, and the love that never leaves.
