Time is the most precious commodity we have…and yet, it’s the one we spend the most unconsciously.

We talk about wealth like it’s money.

But what are you actually trying to be rich in?

Because every day, we exchange our time — our actual life — for something.

✨ Are you becoming rich in meaningful relationships? Or rich in obligations that drain you?

✨ Are you building a life filled with connection, laughter, and presence? Or a life that looks full… but feels empty?

✨ Do you want to be rich in health…but spend no time moving your body, nourishing yourself, or resting?

Because eventually, we become wealthy in the things we consistently give our time to — and poor in the things we neglect.

If you spend your time in friendships that deplete you,
you’ll become rich in exhaustion.

If you spend all your time chasing money,you may become financially wealthy…but emotionally bankrupt.

If you say you value your health, but never give it your time and attention, you may find yourself rich in everything else…but poor in wellbeing.

If you’re always “too busy” for the people you love,
one day you may find you’ve built a life with everything… except them.

Time is your currency.

Where you spend it matters.

So today, gently ask yourself:
💎 What do I want to be rich in?
💎 And does the way I spend my time reflect that?

Because true wealth isn’t just what you have…it’s what your life feels like.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do… is slow down.

Not to fall behind…not to do less…but to finally see.

Because when we’re rushing, we miss the richness of our lives….the small moments, the quiet wins, the love that already surrounds us.

Slowing down gives us space to notice…
and in that noticing, we realize…..we are already so blessed.

Maybe today isn’t about doing more…
maybe it’s about feeling more of what’s already here!

✨ LIVE YOUR SOUL, NOT A ROLE ✨

I pulled this card this morning - and wanted to share my thoughts…..

There are seasons in life where we become so deeply immersed in our roles…

Parent.
Partner.
Employee.
Caregiver.
Provider.

And while these roles are meaningful… they are not who we are.

Somewhere along the way, without even noticing, we can begin to live for the role…
and slowly drift away from our soul.

We stop asking:
✨ What do I need?
✨ What lights me up?
✨ What feels true for me?

And sometimes…

we’ve been in the role so long, we don’t even know the answers anymore.

This is your gentle reminder -
you are allowed to come back to yourself.

To soften.
To listen.
To reconnect.
To live your life - your way

Not as a role…
but as a soul.

Why not start to give yourself a little space to return home to you

A gentle reminder before the long weekends start rolling in…..

Sometimes we try very hard to do life “well”.

We follow the advice.
We do the therapy.
We work on communication.
We keep routines.
We try to regulate our nervous system.
We do the journalling, the healing, the growth.

And all of those things are valuable.

But sometimes… the most healing thing we can do is simply step out of the work of life for a moment.

Put the self-improvement books down.
Close the laptop.
Stop analysing everything.

Instead…

Go away for a night.
Eat delicious food.
Have long conversations.
Have great s*x.
Sleep in.
Read a good book.
Laugh a lot.
Hold hands.
Be humans together again.

Relationships don’t always need more fixing.

Sometimes they just need space to breathe.

So…..this long weekend, give yourself permission to pause the “work” of life for a moment and simply be in it.

Sometimes that is the most powerful reset of all ❤️

Muscle is about so much more than biceps and six packs…

When we talk about building or maintaining muscle, many people immediately think about big visible muscles like biceps, quads or glutes.

But our entire body runs on muscle.

Muscles are not just for lifting weights or looking toned. They are essential for the basic functions that keep us alive and well every single day.

Muscle tissue makes up:

• Your eyelids blinking
• Your jaw chewing and speaking
• Your digestive system moving food through your body
• Your pelvic floor and vaginal muscles supporting bladder, bowel and s*xual health
• Erectile function in men
• Your heart, pumping blood constantly
• Your breathing muscles that expand your lungs
• Your posture and stability that keep you upright

Muscle is metabolically active tissue — meaning it plays a huge role in:

✔ strength and independence as we age

Feeling exhausted lately? 🌕✨

If you’ve been extra tired…
Emotional…
Flat…
Wired but weary…
Or like you need to cry / sleep / hide / reset all at once…

You’re not alone.

This Full Moon Eclipse energy can feel intense.

Eclipses don’t just illuminate — they reveal, release and realign. They tend to stir what’s been sitting quietly under the surface.

And that takes energy.

You might feel:
• Deep fatigue
• Heightened emotions
• Restlessness or disrupted sleep
• A strong urge to let go of something
• Or a craving to retreat and be still

This isn’t weakness.

It’s integration.

Full moons are about culmination.
Eclipses are about course correction.

Sometimes exhaustion isn’t burnout… it’s your nervous system asking for recalibration.

Instead of pushing harder, what if you:

What a fabulous day at Toowoomba yesterday! ☀️

A huge thank you to .rae and our little crew who came together to walk 10km — laughing, chatting, soaking it all in — and most importantly, supporting the incredible work of 🤩

I am so proud of the members of our community who participated across the event. The training, commitment, and personal obstacles some of you have moved through to get your bodies to this start line is truly inspiring. Watching you show up for yourselves and for others was something special 💛

A big thank you as well to the amazing volunteers who kept everyone hydrated, safe, and encouraged along the way. It’s events like this that remind us how strong and connected our community really is.

Count us in for 2027! 🤩🥳

Worry is one of the greatest drains of our energy…

So much of what we worry about
never comes to pass.

Never changes the outcome.

Never shifts the world in any meaningful way.

Yet it quietly taxes the nervous system,
tightens the body,
disrupts sleep,
impacts digestion,
brings chaos to hormones,
and slowly chips away at our health.

Chronic worry doesn’t make us more prepared.

It makes us more stressed.

More tired.

More unwell.

And here’s the truth we often overlook…

Before worrying about everything else—
the opinions, the future, the “what ifs,” the noise—
we must first take care of the basics.

✨ Sleep
✨ Movement
✨ Hydration
✨ Nourishing food
✨ Time to breathe and regulate

When these foundations are neglected,
everything feels heavier.

Harder.

More overwhelming than it truly is.

Wellbeing doesn’t begin with fixing the world.

It begins with tending to your body and nervous system—
because from a regulated, nourished place,
clarity returns, resilience grows,
and real change becomes possible.

Less worry.

More care.

More presence.

Some days, our only job is to look for the glimmers…

Glimmers of hope.
Glimmers of love.
Glimmers of positivity.

And some days, finding those glimmers feels super bloody tough 😩

When you feel unwell,
When life feels heavy,
When everything just feels like a lot…

Look for the glimmers.

They are there.
