IMMEDIATE RESULTS

You will feel the benefits of therapy after

the first session. Higher self-awareness, symptoms relief and confidence will come along with warm feelings of safety, understanding and acceptance. Further, if you wish to continue, we mostly focus our work on exploring and verbalising the unconscious currents that cause psychological distress. We may come across trauma and memories, if that’s where you choose to take the journey and when the time is right for you. My approach is very transparent and you will always know what’s going on. There is no magic in my therapeutic approach, but there will definitely be a miracle in your journey!
