It’s so important to work out - who/what inspires you. Some people work this out early on in their journey whilst others may take a lifetime. I admit that I’m still working on what truly inspires me but what I love about my journey is that, I know sometimes I have a fleeting grasp of my inspirations and they truly help me feel content.
One of the reasons, I call Australia Home, Thanks so much Byron!

Hi Everyone, I hope you are doing ok and that all the people in your world are well. Even though we are living in this tough time of physical isolation and major restrictions, we still have some control. We can exercise at home, outside or even at the beach if you are lucky to live close, we have the technology to stay socially connected and we have Netflix yay! And if we choose we also have the Power of Food to help us stay as healthy as we can - you can use immune boosting foods everyday - No these foods will not stop you getting a virus but they can help to keep your body working as well as it can and get the vital ingredients you need to stay well, motivated and energised.

Today let's concentrate on a very easy way to get nutrients in,
The simple green juice - the ingredients are in the picture - green all the way (cheating with a little lemon and ginger - but they are a healthy cheat!) After a quick wheeze in Mr. T - our Thermomix, voilà, a very green juice. What I need to emphasis here is make sure you "drink" all the pulp as well as that's where lots of the goodness is - especially fibre. It's also extremely important to eat a variety of healthy foods everyday and don't rely on a juice for your daily nutrients needs.
Happy juicing!

Gotcha! Good Morning Sunshine, Good Morning Monday. It maybe a little cold & drizzly on the 16th ‘day of summer 2019’ but it’s delightful to be out here, feeling part of the elements and exercising. Funnily enough I was heading to the gym but my key wouldn’t work, so instead of heading back to my warm bed, I came out & played in the rain, thanks Mother Nature.

The most under-valued member of the fertility equation? SPERM⠀

Ridiculously low expectations mean that s***m issues are largely going undetected.⠀

10 years ago, s***m needed to be 10% normal for a man to be considered fertile, that number is now down to 3% 😳⠀

There is so much we can do with Traditional Chinese Medicine & Nutrition to improve s***m, and it only take 100 days!!⠀

This article is over a year old but is a great reminder of what we can do to improve fertility outcomes & our general health for ourselves & just as important our children, whom I fear will have a harder time getting pregnant than their parents. Have a read and do what you can to reduce your toxic load in your home and with foods you eat.

Common household chemicals can affect your fertility; a University of Melbourne expert shares ways to reduce your intake of EDCs if you're trying to have a baby
