SELF-CARE SERIES 💅

This has been a long-time coming, just ask the girls whose responses I asked for months ago 😅

Mid-winter(ish) seems like a good time to kick off some loving self-care.

While we all do it a bit differently, there are definitely running themes of gentle movement, skin care!!!, books and water. Oh, and doing it quietly while solo? That’s where it’s at.

I’m more inclined to say ‘don’t scroll ‘til the end’ on this one, but then you definitely would. 🤿

Nothing matters more than the health of loved ones and the wider community. The Critical Care Appeal weekend raises vital funds for our local health service.
